Devant Summit 2024

The Devant Summit is our yearly gathering where team members from Devant meet in person to connect, collaborate, and plan for the year ahead. As a remote-first company, we have the flexibility to work with talented people from around the world. This approach has helped us build a diverse and skilled team, all working toward advancing synthetic data.

While working remotely has many benefits, we value the chance to meet face-to-face. These annual gatherings help us strengthen our relationships, improve teamwork, and set the stage for future success.

This year, the Devant Summit was held in Desenzano, a town on the shores of Lake Garda in Italy. With its beautiful scenery and relaxed atmosphere, it was a great place for both work and team bonding.

Our time in Italy was a mix of productive work and team bonding. We held team presentations and discussions to share ideas and prepare for 2025. Strategic planning sessions helped us set goals for the year, and breakout sessions allowed for deeper collaboration on important topics.

We also made sure to spend time together outside of work. Evenings were filled with group dinners and conversations, and we explored the peninsula of Sirmione on Lake Garda. These activities gave us a chance to relax and build stronger connections as a team.

With the summit behind us, the Devant team is ready to take on the challenges and opportunities of 2025 with focus and energy.
